Regency Community Issue Tracker

A centralized space where residents can report problems, track resolution progress, and collaborate on improvements for our Regency at Folsom Ranch community.

This issue tracker does not replace any Toll Brothers or FirstService Residential trackers. This tracker enables transparence for homeowners during the transition from developer managed to resident managed facilities. Eventually these trackers will be combined.

Why this matters

  • Transparency – Everyone sees the same queue and status of open items.

  • Accountability – Clear ownership and deadlines reduce “lost” requests.

  • Community voice – Voting and comments highlight which issues matter most.
